Welcome back to the Modern Order of Essenes course! If you are new to the course, it starts out here with Unit 1. And in order to see all the course-related posts on one page, click here.
This post contains all the relevant info for the upcoming Healer attunement.
Since there isn’t any new course material to practice this week, this also gives you some breathing room until January: to catch up if you’re a bit behind, or to re-view previous material.
Whatever you do with this extra time, though, it’s important that you keep practicing regularly before and after the attunement! This will help the energies to flow properly and do what they are supposed to do.
So let’s dive right in with the details of the Healer attunement, shall we? 🙂
What is it about?
The Healer attunement is part of the Modern Order of Essenes. Once a practitioner has mastered, studied and practiced the material of the Healer grade, a Healer attunement can help him or her to connect better with the MOE energies, to get things flowing more smoothly, and generally advance their work.
The attunements are optional, though. Constant practice will, over time, yield the same effects as being attuned. In a way, the attunements simply speed up a natural process which results from contant MOE practice.
I.e. if you have followed along with the course, it’s up to you whether you want to be attuned at this time or not. Yes, you can certainly be attuned later if you so prefer, or if you should change your mind. And yes, you can most definitely continue with the upcoming Master grade even if you’re not attuned!
Having said that, the attunements are definitely of help along the road, and if you’re serious about your Modern Order of Essenes practice, they are worth considering.
If in doubt, trust your intuition, and/or use prayer or divination to discern whether you should participate in this attunement or not.
(Important: If you should intend to become an MOE Master Teacher, i.e. somebody who is qualified and authorized to pass the Modern Order of Essenes teachings on to others, having received all three attunements is mandatory.)
When and where will the attunement take place?
This is a distance attunement. I.e. you can participate at the set time from wherever you are.
It’s also a group attunement. I.e. more than one person can be attuned at the same time. You do not need to book a personal slot.
I’m going to perform one or, if necessay, more Healer attunements in January. As of now, we’re still hashing out the dates. Please click here to see the dates on offer, and to tell me which ones would work for you.
Generally, if we should end up with more than one attunement date, it’s up to you during which one you want to be attuned. There is no need to let me know.
(I don’t recommend participating in more than one in January 2026, though. While re-attunements are possible and perfectly fine, having them so close together isn’t advisable and might be too much. It’s better to let things settle in, and then consider a re-attunement at a later point if you’re so inclined.)

What do you need to do?
Simply put, you need to be undisturbed for about 30 minutes, in a room with a chair, at the right time, and do your end of things. 🙂
You will also need to practice certain things daily for at least a week beforehand, and to make a couple of decisions, so please make sure to study the instructions well in advance. (The daily practice consists of things you should be doing as part of your MOE practice anyway, though.)
These instructions (linked to in the previous paragraph) also explain the process of attunement, and what exactly you need to do. Please read them and follow them (and if you should have any questions, ask in the comments).
Note that you will need to be present and ready about 15 to 20 minutes before the attunement, and will also need to remain in meditation for at least a few minutes afterwards. I.e. all in all, the attunement takes about 30 minutes of your time.
As for the actual attunement, you will perform your end of things as explained in the instructions, including (if at all possible) saying the relevant phrases out loud. I will do the same on my end. If possible, imagine my presence and me doing/saying these things as described.
If you can’t imagine this, though, don’t worry – the attunement is amazingly robust and will work fine even if you can’t imagine my presence or don’t feel anything. 🙂
It’s ok to print or write the instructions on a sheet of paper and use it for reference during the attunement, i.e. you don’t need to know them by heart. But at the very least, you should be familiar with them and know what is going to happen!
Note that I don’t need to know your name or the name you are going to use for the Divine.
That’s it – things really are as simple as the instructions sound.
However, I published a post with lots of additional information about the MOE attunements: How to prepare, what you can (or can’t expect) to happen, etc. Check it out if you’d like to get more information beforehand (this is not required!).
Ah, and one more thing: There can be a lot of energy flowing in such an attunement (or also before or afterwards). If you should feel a bit shaky or dizzy afterwards, fresh air and eating a snack or meal should help.
Who can be attuned?
This Healer attunement is primarily intended for the participants in my Modern Order of Essenes course. Please note that in order to receive the Healer attunement, you should have received an Apprentice attunement beforehand, ideally with at least a few weeks in between the two. (It doesn’t matter whether your Apprentice attunement happened as part of the course, or in another setting, though.)
If you’re an MOE practitioner who has done the requisite work of the Healer grade independently, you already received an Apprentice attunement and would like to be attuned as a Healer now, you can also participate.
The same goes for anybody who received the Healer attunement at an earlier time, whether from me or from another MOE Master Teacher, who is practicing the MOE stuff regularly, and who would like to be re-attuned: Please feel free to participate in this attunement, too.
(Note that this is a Healer attunement, and I will not be offering any Apprentice or Master attunements right now. If you’re looking for an Apprentice or Master attunement at this point, my fellow Master Teachers Kyle and Matthew regularly offer attunement opportunities. Please keep your eyes on Magic Mondays for their announements, or contact them about it.)
What happens next?
Well, there will be the attunements in January, of course. 😉
But don’t worry, we won’t just twiddle our thumbs until they are done (hey, you already got this post to catch a breath and put up your feet a bit!! 😛 ).
After my winter break, on Sunday January 11th, 2026, we will start with the first unit of the Master grade.
