What is The Hidden Things about?

The various things I offer here might look like a big hodgepodge of unrelated stuff, but there is actually some order to this madness…

Most people attempt to change the world in one way or another. This could be big, sweeping changes affecting a lot of other people and other creatures, or it could be personal things like improving one’s own health or finances. I belief that while there are certainly limits to what can be changed (I’ll never become a successful ice hockey pro, for example), we can actually achieve quite a lot, especially in the seemingly “smaller” things – which will then add up over time, of course.

But the main obstacle to achieving any outside change in this material world we inhabit is… you. Well, and me. As long as we stay who we are, we’ll continue to do the same things in the same way over and over again – with the same results, of course.

Thus the main focus of The Hidden Things is on that which is hidden, both inside ourselves and in the world around us, and on how to use these hidden things to change ourselves and our world.

So what can you expect to find on this site?

Essays

I regularly publish essays about a variety of related topics. Right now, we’re in the middle of an essay series about Hermetic concepts, and about Inner Work with the Planets (the seven classical planets, that is). Blessings

One thing very near and dear to my heart are blessings. I perform a formal blessing once a week, and I offer to bless everybody who signs up for it. The current post to sign up for the next blessing can be found here, and it also explains how things work.

Modern Order of Essenes

Somewhat related to the blessing work is the Modern Order of Essenes (MOE), a system of spiritual healing. I’m an Essene Master Teacher, and thus qualified to teach the Modern Order of Essenes to others.

Among other things, I’m currently posting a free MOE online course in which everybody can participate. If you’re interested in the course, or simply want to learn more about the Modern Order of Essenes or about my take on spiritual healing in general, you should check out my MOE posts.

Divinations

While all the stuff so far is free, I also offer some paid stuff here on The Hidden Things. After all, I do have to make a living as well, and the more I earn through this site, the more I can justify investing time on its free offers like the blessings, the MOE course and the essays.

Currently, the only paid thing on offer are divinations with the Sacred Geometry Oracle. It is a wonderful divination tool not only for prediction and making decisions, but also to shed light on complicated relationships, complex structures, and on multi-faceted situations.

In my readings, I ask questions based on your specific situation and issues, and then summarize the reading and the Oracle’s answers in a pdf report for you. All my readings and reports are different and very individual – I don’t use ready-made text blocks, or the same one-size-fits-all questions for everybody.
