We’re getting awfully close to the end of the Modern Order of Essenes online course, folks – and today, I’ve got two requests for you which I ideally need a reply for by May 24th, 2026.
Both are related to the Modern Order of Essenes. Or, in other words, they are only of interest to those of you who are interested in the MOE at all! 😉
1. Survey of Attunement Needs
The first is a survey of people’s attunement needs. Once we’re done with the MOE Master grade course lessons, I will, of course, offer a Master attunement to the course participants (and to everybody else who has done the work and wants to participate, too).
However, some of you might also be in need of an Apprentice or Healer attunement soon:
Either in preparation for the Master, as you shouldn’t take the Master attunement if you haven’t had the other two beforehand. Or you’re simply this far in your MOE studies, whether through my course or independently, and an Apprentice or Healer attunement would come in handy within the next couple of months. Or, and this is also welcome, you’ve been attuned before and would like to be re-attuned as Apprentice and/or Healer.
Either way, I will provide such attunements if any of you need them at this stage – and, sensibly, before the upcoming Master attunements, in case any of you need to catch up on them before being attuned as Master. 😉
Thus, the first question to help me plan: Will you participate in an Apprentice and/or Healer attunement in June or July if I offered one?

(Yes, I’m aware it will depend on the date and time whether you’ll be able to participate. 😉 So far, though, I’ve always been able to accommodate all the participants, date-wise, and I don’t see any reason why we shouldn’t be able to achieve the same this time!)
2. Request for MOE-Related Questions
As the MOE course will soon be coming to a close, I need to figure out what I’m going to post next in this slot, i.e. every other Sunday. I’ve got some tentative ideas (most of them not related to the MOE), but while I work them out, I figured it wouldn’t hurt to ask:
Do you have any Modern Order of Essenes-related questions or topics which you’d like me to answer or to write about?
If there is anything which I could cover in a post, I might do so either right after the course or over time. Since I’m still very much in the brainstorming phase, I don’t want to put any limits on your suggestions. I’ve primarly been thinking about topics related to the MOE, but if there is anything else you have in mind or would like to see covered, by all means, shoot away – the worst that can happen is that I won’t write about it! 😉
The deadline for this is a bit looser. Ideally, I’d also get your suggestions by May 24th (if you happen to have any at this time, that is), in order to help me plan my publishing schedule. But if you should come up with a good idea or a burning question only later, please feel free to add it in a comment, too.

Sorry for late reply, I have been away on holidays. I have already received the Apprentice and Master attunements thank you and would definitely like to do the Master attunement when it happens. I am still catching up though so later rather than earlier would suit me better, but I will be there when you offer it 🙂
Regarding second question, I just have a question on the Earth and Air symbolisms for the healing hands, They differ from the traditional esoteric symbols that are triangular and I was wondering if you know what are the origins of these? JMG mentioned somewhere they are ancient in origin but provided no source I could find.

No worries. As you can see there isn’t actually a big run yet, thus I can afford to be flexible with the dates. 😉
Noted about the Master attunement. We’ll talk about suitable times later. I was thinking August, maybe, but can easily push this further back. (Also, again, this isn’t exactly a mass movement, and worst case I’ll attune the few people who will get this far individually. Since I have accompanied you this far, I feel somewhat responsible for everybody getting their final attunements, too! 😀 ) If you should read this comment, could you let me know, tentatively, whether you think August will work for you or will be too early/out for other reasons? Thanks!
Thanks also for the question. They are the same symbols as in the version of the SOP which JMG inherited from John Gilbert. I don’t remember him ever giving a source either, and I’m afraid the material I have is sparse – for the MOE, it’s the same material which is publicly available plus the details of the attunements.
Still, it’s a very good question, and I’ll keep it in mind. Let’s see what comes out of it… 🙂

Hi Regine. I’m also rather behind. A date in August would be wonderful so I could feel that I had put in sufficient work on the material. I’m in the mid-Western United States, so we are seven hours behind you, I believe, so your evening attunement time has always worked perfectly for a late morning time for me.
